Aaron was incredible. Very communicative and helped me through the entire profess in a very professional and polite manner. He even surprised me with a reduced bill due to the issues I was having with my insurance. Can’t thank them enough!
Derrick needs communication courses on how to communicate effectively. Tami (manager) needs to acknowledge where they failed and apologize. Also, when a customer has a complaint, you should always introduce yourself. I wouldn’t guess that you are the manager when you never introduced yourself when we first met.
If I could give this location in Annapolis, MD a negative star I would, they repaired a scratch on my door that I didn't authorize after they insisted it was part of the damage even though I never asked them to fix this scratch and of course my insurance did not cover it so they took it upon themselves to fix it without notifying me until my vehicle was ready. I was only supposed to pay my deductible but they added 1500.00 and refused to take it off so I called the police to that location at which time they decided to take o... read more
