Everyone here at this location was professional. From the moment I dropped off my vehicle, I was greeted by Jocelyn and Miki. They had checked me in and called in my ride for Enterprise for my rental. Then getting updates from Chris every couple days. My car was ready a day earlier then what they had told me. That's always a bonus. Then the day picking up my vehicle, being greeted by Jocelyn again with Mike. This entire team at Palatine is amazing to work with. I truly appreciate all of their work.
Over the many years I’ve been driving, I’ve had the reluctant experience of visiting several body shops throughout the Northwest Chicago suburbs. None of them have ever matched the craftsmanship, service, and friendliness of Caliber Collision on Rand Road in Arlington Heights. The place got my car done, though it took longer than normal because they didn’t fix it right the first time and had to order more new parts. It looked pretty new again after I got it back, but then when I got my keys back, my auto start wasn’t attached to it. Conveniently, nobody took pictures of my keys like they always do when they get them, so when I contacted the manager, he practically told me the same thing over and over again, how they don’t take stuff off the keys (which is obvious). Incredible bodywork! I couldn't be any happier. Caliber went out of their way to match the paint and align the panels. Thank you Mike Reed and the entire shop for a job very well done! I was treated better than royalty.
