So rude, so unprofessional, does not keep commitments. Caliber was recommended by my insurance company for my repair. Caliber failed to arrange the tow to the shop two days in a row and when I called in the woman was rude, interrupted me several times, and dismissed my concerns and saying it’s not her fault personally because she wasn’t the one who personally made the commitment. What a joke!!! I reassigned to another shop.
Professional staff. Fast repairs. And the bonus is a Enterprise Rental is literally right next door.

My rear bumper was hit while my car was parked in a parking lot. I reached out to Caliber and was able to get a quote promptly. Mike and Chris were professional and helpful throughout the entire experience. I dropped my vehicle off on Tuesday morning with the expectation that it would be done by the end of the week.
