If you're unfortunate to hit a deer and need your front end replaced, this is the place to go. My insurance company gave me a pick of a four places and I didn't know but chose Caliber because it had a 4.9 rating. But now I know. These guys are great and will keep you informed of status, issues and completion date not to mention their workmanship was excellent. They fixed my rear bumper and back up sensors from a hit and run. The repairs were not only done well, but also in a timely manner. The communication throughout the whole process was greatly appreciated, and they even reminded me to get a new license plate sticker for the replaced license plates. I would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
Can't even get scheduling right...I asked for Monday appointment on June 19th for June 22. All were confirmed on the phone for June 22 when I talked with scheduling person. Its 22nd, I received no updates until noon. Call the number to see if anyone was coming. Automated message said there was nothing scheduled. Spoke to actual person and was told that it was scheduled for Tuesday of 23rd instead of 22nd. Received automated txt saying my appointment was confirmed for Tuesday as I was waiting on the line.
