Repair body after accident
Had my car fixed here, had an expensive item stolen from my car while it was there. Repair also took over 30 days with little communication along the way. Insurance only covers rental for 30 days so had to pay out of pocket for the extra. Car was returned to me with the service engine light on. Manager won't call me back...
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had to refuse my vehicle three separate times due to an absolutely unacceptable paint job. The truck had severe orange peel, air bubbles, and literal debris trapped in the paint. After the first refusal, the shop complained that it cost them $750 to have someone come out and wet sand the vehicle—yet the problems persisted.
