Great service! Work was great!
Was very pleased with Caliber Collision’s work. I hit a Deer 🦌 , never a good experience, but Caliber Collision took good care of my car. Time to pick up was good, sooner than expected. Mel and Kayla were communicative, kept me updated on progress of the vehicle. Slight hiccup with my key, but they fixed it. The work they did is guaranteed for however long we have the vehicle, I like that. All in all very satisfied.
They don't even deserve 1 star. We had the worst experience with them and will never take a vehicle to them or refer anyone to them! We have a 2025 Jeep that was rear ended they had the Jeep forever telling us they couldn't find the specs to repair it ANYWHERE IN THE COUNTRY! We had the specs within 10 minutes of just calling Mopar! Then after I called corporate to complain Justin throws a temper tantrum slamming doors and refusing to talk to my husband. There's still shattered glass in it!
I’ve used caliber 3 times now and I also sent my sister for repairs. Staff are amazing!
