Labor cost went off the rails, could not match paint on a black wheel it was rejected three times once by me and twice by shop supervisor. A canvas bag that contains my wheel key was not initially returned, was returned eventually and had dried white paint on the bottom so I had to dispose of it. A package of little tree vent wraps air fresheners was missing out of my glove box not an expensive item but it sad you can not trust to leave your vehicle to get service. I was a return customer, I will not be back a third time.
Service at this Caliber collision on Hwy 90 alt by Andrew & Brian was outstanding & honest! Today, they saved me around $1000 by not recommending the repairs that a car dealership said were urgent. Andrew actually came with me for a ride to confirm that those repairs were unnecessary! Rama Lingham
