Caliber is Allentown is incredible. Not only do they update you every step of the way, but they are in constant communication with insurance and rental companies, allowing for a STRESS FREE repair. I’ve had 3 people hit me so far, 2 being hit and runs, and 2 of them being someone else’s insurance paying, but all 3 I’ve needed a rental and they have been flawless. Caliber Collision on Airport Road is a first class business! They were welcoming, professional and very clear in their communication throughout the entire process. Sal was especially patient with my questions as I have never had to navigate a comprehensive claim with insurance before and Brittany was also fabulous in all of my contact with her.
