I had a terrific experience at the Caliber Collision repair facility on Airport Road. The estimating process was seamless, and Sal was excellent with his customer service and communicate skills. The entire front office staff were friendly and courteous. I recommend them highly!

Car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Very easy to call and get an update on where we were in the process. Very friendly staff. Car was clean when I got it back. Even chatting with enterprise and the insurance companies, it sounded like this shop was well known for its professionalism. Great experience as a customer.
