The repair took longer then expected, there was poor communication when I would call for updates and be told I would get a call back and never did receive a call back with said update. Amber the "office manager" was very rude and completely unprofessional when my husband went in to pick up our vehicle. Caliber Front Office Staff were very courteous, professional and helpful.
We were in Tahoe and my car got in a scuffle with a bear. Smashed windows, scratched doors and some inside damage. Took it to CC hoping for the best. They worked with my insurance company and kept me informed on the progress. Dan and his team did an outstanding job. Highly recommend this establishment.
The insurance company estimator documented that my vehicle needed a front bumper replaced and a front end alignment. When I looked over my vehicle, the bumper was not fitting correctly. I mentioned it to their employee, Paul, who gave me the impression that it was okay. I had to show him the difference between the left and the right side, where the bumper attaches to the front fenders.
