I had an insurance claim on the front bumper of my work truck. They stayed with my car for 3 weeks !!! They are awful comunicattors and the front desk quite rude. I will NEVER be back again. Everyday I called they asked if I was receiving texts updates ( no) but they proceed not updating or returning my calls. Anytime I was able to talk with someone the car was getting ready next day. Not sure how they keep in bussines
