Horrible customer service and apparently they're "lifetime warranty" doesn't exist they do HORRIBLE work. Tried giving me my car two diffrent colors twice and the general manager is a complete joke. They removed and replaced my door side molding but it doesn't qualify for the "warranty" when they clearly broke my plastic clips and just tried to use adhesive to hold it on the door. Take car at your own risk. although they repaired the accident that happened on my vehicle, they did probably the worse job i have seen. i was left very dissatisfied. Very sloppy job done. some panels on my vehicle were left with gaps. they had to take apart the interior of my car and left a bunch of the plastics hanging with clips missing. even managed to damage a whole part of my vehicle on the other side of where the accident occured.
