From my first call to Caliber, then getting the estimate and finally the repair and delivery, every person involved was professional, courteous, and kind. They were even willing to deliver my car at a 30 minute drive from their location. The finished work is excellent and they used OEM where possible.
Horrible horrible horrible!!!! Customer service is the worst I’ve seen and I’ve lived everywhere. Travelers took there time when I was hit and I live 10 hours from here after two months travelers finally paid me but I wanted to keep my car, so I’ve got to go get it. I already paid these people over $200 for a tow travelers didn’t pay for and my dad who is the one who hit my car got his truck fixed over $9000 they got from him.
