Don't know how this place has such good reviews. I got a quote, and when I called to schedule service a few months later, I asked if I needed a new quote. They said it would be "just slightly" more expensive, so I booked. Not only did they lie about the quote (which went up almost $2,000 on a $4,500 quote), but they also lied about the service time from 1 week to 1 month AFTER I dropped off the car. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT CALIBER. The customer service, the intake process, the repairs, the communication. Everything from day one reassured me I and my vehicle were in the right place. Other shops had quoted me 6 to 8 weeks. Caliber said 30 days, had me and my vehicle back on the road in 22 days! Arlando in the front office even worked with me to pre-order the parts we needed to reduce the time in the shop.
