Great business and delivered exceptional customer service
They are fantastic!!
The outside damaged portion that I had repaired looks great! The service was nice. I really could have done without the inside “detailing”. They left my car dirtier than I brought it in, chemical splattered across the inside of the windshield, and I had this one small ring of a stain on my headliner (by the handle) and now it’s a huge mess of stains - I feel like they owe me an actual detailing to work on this giant stain they’ve created on my light colored headliner.
They did a fine job on the bodywork, biggest issue was telling me it was done before it actually, normally wouldn’t have been an issue but I live an hour away. I piece still needed to be installed so I had to take the vehicle unfinished and return the following week. They were polite and apologetic. It was a fair experience and they get a fair score for it
Caliber Collision had my car (per State Farm), but nothing was done. State Farm totaled my car over $3700. I'm sure they do good work but nothing was done. Staff was friendly.
