Caliber was AMAZING!! Ian was my service advisor and was very communicative during the repair process. They helped organize my rental car, including sending Enterprise to pick me up to get it and leaving it with Caliber when I picked my car up. I would highly recommend Caliber for my repair needs. Thank you to Ian and the Caliber team for such amazing service!!
Wow, all the employees are great, they do exceptional repair work and are very fast. Eric at the front desk was great about keeping me updated and took care of all the paperwork and Chris, who did my estimate, was really attentive to what my needs were and in the end saved me money on my repair. I highly recommed Caliber Collision and are now my go for car repairs.
Sloppy… returned my car to me with parts obviously still broken. My car was stolen on 6/30, recovered on 7/8… as part of the repair they were supposed to detail it. Yet it was still damaged & gross when I picked it up, so I returned it with my concerns. Upon picking up my vehicle the driver side rear tire is damaged. Smh. Sloppy, lack of information & rude.
