They did a top-notch repair job and kept me well informed of the progress of the repairs. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend them.
From the start of the drop off that was made was an issue to the estimate time need to fix the car being changed multiple times to the lack of communication and finally when I was supposed to get my vehicle still was not ready but they was able to get it down for the end of that day but had to take it back because a malfunction with the door so still waiting for a part.
Wayne did an excellent job with my car’s repairs. I was concerned about a humming noise it was making after the fact, and he had me come right back so he could drive it and listen himself (turned out to be a non-issue). Thank you, Wayne!
They could act like they care a little more. The service is fine but the customer service drastically needs help.
