I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service at Caliber Collision in Henderson, CO, for hail damage repair on my vehicle (damage date: July 16, 2025). We have only owned this car for a month and a half, and the subpar repair work has resulted in significant new damage to the interior and exterior. Outstanding service. John took care of me with timely updates on the repair as well as providing excellent customer service. Sal, the auto body tech did a great job on the overall bumper replacement and paint. He brought my vehicle back to show room condition. Five Stars!
