So disappointed took my car there because i seen all the good reviews my car had a small damage on one side got it back and other things arent working or damaged i took it back after i received it because my break lights werent working guy disconnected my front lights so my back ones can work that is illegal its been over a week and havent herd from them i called to speak to supervisor and never got a call back i hate doing bad reviews but this is not ok never again do not take your car here my door has like paint like it wa... read more
It is rare these days for people to actually talk to you keeps you informed and keep their key and deliver results that are 10+ satisfactory. I would definitely recommend them. And just in case people don’t agree with me. This was the shop in Riverside. I know they have many shops, but I had a good experience with this particular shop.
Initially, we were using a shop closer to home. When we received the estimate it seemed off. I called for details and was told they would not repair or replace the brush guard at all. It was damaged. Then I called Caliber. For the this wasn't a problem. Robert even looked up the guard as we were talking to verify he could get a replacement! Thank you! I highly recommend Caliber Collision in Moreno Valley.
