The best experience I had with a body shop highly recommend caliber collision very friendly staff great work good quality work my car looks brand new like the first day. I got it highly recommend them. They communicated the whole time and delivered on time as promised.
Azusa Caliber Collision on Arrow Hwy did not fix a dent that was part of the accident. Lied to me that they would fix it. Then lied to the claims agent saying it was not part of the accident. Made it look like I'm trying to defraud my insurance carrier rather than admit to their incompetence.
Amazing service! I was in an accident a couple weeks ago, and I went to this location for an estimate. A gentleman named Victor helped me out, & was so nice! He assured me that they would be able to take care of my car, answered all of my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. I will definitely be getting my car repaired here. Thanks again!
