Excellent service technicians...Back and front office staff...well run operation by JoAnna who is a phenomenal problem solver. My front bumper came loose after running over a wooden plank that fell off a truck on the highway...no insurance cover for that...they miraculously secured it back flush as a courtesy!Thank you Juan Montes...you are a great mechanic. 5 years of going here from minor accidents...reputation is spot on!

Caliber was great: fantastic communication, excellent service, and I’m very happy with the work done on the vehicle. Irene was particularly helpful with clear and frequent communication over email and text. She even asked her technicians to buff out a large black scratch on the white bumper (unrelated to the service) as a courtesy. I even think Caliber washed the vehicle before it was returned. This is probably the best service I’ve had at an auto shop.
It was a great experience. I was happy with communication, quality of service, and everything done in a timely manner. I would definitely use their services again if needed. I highly recommend them.
