Joanna and Chris took care of our vehicle after we had a break-in and parts stolen. Service was truly excellent from start to finish. They remained in communication throughout, and also communicated with our insurance company. The repairs were done very quickly, even earlier than estimated. Glad to know if I have issues in the future, I can take any of our vehicles to Caliber Collision on Shattuck. I strongly recommend them to others.

I own a wheelchair van conversion that I drive from my wheelchair, so there's no driver's seat for the technicians to use. I also had to have my van back in 4 days. They came up with a plan including making sure that they'd have all of the parts ahead of time. They finished the job in 3 days! I had been worried that my van would be too much of a hassle for them to take the job, but to my surprise they took great care of me and my van. I'd go back to them if I need any repair work in the future.
