Service and communication was above and beyond.
Unfortunately we've had to use their services three times over the last 5 years (the only positive being we weren't at fault in any of the accidents). Their work has been exemplary every time and they have been honest and up front with us even when there was news we didn't want. Hopefully we don't ever have to use them again but if we ever do I won't go anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone.
I, unfortunately, have had to get body work done a couple of times over the last few years. Fortunately, Caliber did a great job restoring our vehicles to beautiful condition.

Their customer service, management team, and technicians were professional, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. They made navigating the insurance claim stress-free and did an excellent job repairing my vehicle. I highly recommend them to anyone needing quality auto body work
