Terrible, shoddy repairs. I was in a hurry since I was going on vacation, so I just went with a repair shop recommended by Progressive, instead of insisting on my own preferred shop, like I usually do. What a huge mistake. This place has decent enough service, but don't let that fool you. My car was a front and rear collision, and when my car was "ready," they reused my front bumper, hoping I wouldn't notice. My car got scratched at the left front bumper and light. I went to Caliber Collision at Duarte Rd & Peck Rd in Monrovia. My husband had his car fixed there before and he loved it. Wow, wow, wow!
