Caliber collision repaired my car after a co-worker side swiped me. Between the other party’s insurance, Caliber, and the rental service, it was as painless an experience as you could ask for. Staff was attentive and made sure any concerns were addressed and they had clear communication during repairs. Horrible experience. I was rear-ended in a car accident and I decided to use the other person's insurance company which is Geico and Caliber collision was on their preferred list. I looked on the reviews and they seem to be good so I called up caliber collision and spoke to a lady. I think her name was Jennifer on the phone and I asked her how the process worked and she said to call Geico and they would make an appointment And they would start working on it right away.
