I appreciated how they kept me in the loop the whole time while my repair was going on. They were thorough and even reached out to get an okay about other small fix ups that they could add in. Car looked pristine when they were done.
This is my second time using Caliber after someone damaged my car. Both were insurance claims and caliber went above and beyond each time. They provide excellent customer service and are extremely communicative. I feel like if it was a situation where I had to pay out-of-pocket the repairs are also a reasonable.
