Unfortunately our family has had multiple vehicles suffer damage requiring repair. FORTUNATELY we got to work with Caliber (primarily in Kyle) in multiple states and the repair, communication, and timeliness has always been exemplary! The Kyle location, and specifically Melanie Soto, has been GREAT! if you need repairs, go there.
Have been a customer of the Kyle location twice now. This locations staff is great and the customer experience from claim to repair is fair. The issue is the paint jobs are sloppy and the details of the work are looked over. Obvious clear coat run spots, spots with overspray, sections not buffed and missed wire connects. Wouldn’t recommend if you want a quality job not just speed of getting vehicle back
I had an outstanding experience with Caliber Collision in Kyle. After getting rear-ended, they called me almost immediately to get my vehicle scheduled, which made a stressful situation much easier to deal with from the start.
