Caliber had my vehicle for 2 weeks. I had to send it back due to codes popping back up that were supposed to be cleared and to fix some paint issues. Finally got my car back and the paint job still isn’t good in my opinion. You can see some random white splatter looking specks from what I think is paint from something else (my vehicle is black). I am super disappointed. I can’t keep taking my vehicle back, especially since insurance won’t cover a rental for it.
Caliber Collision did a beautiful job repairing 2 of my cars on different occasions after my young adult children had fender benders. They dealt with my insurance so all I had to worry about was the deductible. You can't even tell that either car had an accident.

She was was very curt and acted like she was "too busy" to help me. The advisor that we were given sounded like a fast talking "used car salesman". He also seemed a little "scatter brained".
