Bumper job only took a couple days.
The receptionist was incredibly rude and condescending. I called and said my car was towed there after an accident and her response was “and?”. The accident was Sunday night, I called them Monday when they opened, and she threatened to have my car towed because it would be a couple more hours until I had a claim number. That initial call was so bad I just had the car towed elsewhere, there is no quality of work that would be worth being treated that way.
I'm sorry for not leaving a 5 star rating, I'm writing this comment really disappointed and unhappy because I actually had high expectations for this place. In fact, your car will be left as if nothing happened, that's what they told me when I took my car in for an estimate. I'll start from the beginning, my car is a 2025 Honda CRV. It happens that in a parking lot someone hit my car with their door, so the problem wasn't really big but it was noticeable, which is why we made a claim to the insurance.
