Great experience!
Overall, the experience was a success. The initial drop off was not smooth as the insurance company told me my rental car would be waiting for me but then the front desk at the body shop said that’s not how things are done and blamed the insurance company. I was taken to the wrong rental car company so I had to go with a smaller vehicle than what I had reserved.
