I brought my vehicle in for a scrape on the front bumper and was told the repair would take about 1–1.5 weeks. To my surprise, I received short notice that my car was ready in just 3 days, which forced me to rearrange my schedule last minute to pick it up. When I arrived, parking was very limited, and the lobby wait was long since paperwork had to be completed before I could even see my car. People was very helpful and respectful I love the personality treatment
Great people from the front desk to the reps and the techs. Got my Jetta fixed here a few months ago, the head light had an issue and they got a replacement and replaced it while I waited. Genuinely nice people that want to deliver a good product/service .
