I brought my vehicle in for a scrape on the front bumper and was told the repair would take about 1–1.5 weeks. To my surprise, I received short notice that my car was ready in just 3 days, which forced me to rearrange my schedule last minute to pick it up. When I arrived, parking was very limited, and the lobby wait was long since paperwork had to be completed before I could even see my car.
