Recently had repairs done to the back passenger door of my 2024 RAV4 hybrid due to being backed into by another driver. Caliber collision was suggested by the insurance company and had good reviews so I chose the shop. The repair work looks great to the door, however they did lose my AWD emblem and when I picked up my vehicle the inside was covered in paint dust and there was mud on the front seat. I had my car sideswiped recently and stopped by Caliber Collision in Albany, Oregon. Brian Fulton, the manager, went above and beyond—he personally took the time to buff it out and saved me from needing extensive bodywork. The results were fantastic! You can’t even tell there was any damage. Really impressed with the service and honesty. Highly recommend!
