I had such a great experience with Caliber Collision from drop-off to pick-up. The customer service was amazing, and the team was super communicative the entire time, even during the busy holiday season. The turnaround was insanely quick…my car was fixed in about a week and looks like new. I’m so happy with how everything turned out. Thank you so much to Samantha and the entire team! :)
2007 camry had frontbumper damage, we used CC for replacement and vehicle body damage. The employees were nice. They took the time to explained things. So Customer has understanding toward the process and normal expectations
Did not have a good experience when they fixed my van from a deer collision. They wouldn’t even put the clips on the bumper- they put the bar minimum and it keeps coming off. They want me to pay to have it fixed correctly even though they should have done it right the first time. Don’t use this location.
