Rosemary the Customer account representative is just amazing her communication and attention to detail was simply amazing worked two claims on our truck at same time.. Hail damage from a major storm and two days later a kid failed to yield adding more damage to the truck. Rosemary worked both claims at the same time and was just amazing to work with. Great folks at the Frederick, CO Caliber Collision! My alternator failed on the way to work last week. Upon receiving my new one and starting to install it, I found it didn't come with the power terminal nut. I stopped to see if they had anything that might work and save me another trip home (20+ miles North). They gave me three nuts hoping one would work for no charge. Won't be my last time working with this shop! Appreciate your kindness and taking the time to help me out.
