Great company. They get things right the first time. I was kept abreast of my repair through the whole repair process. The job was finished on time as promised. The service advisor went over in detail with me on what was done. My second experience with this establishment each time wonderful. A great body shop.
Place is absolutely a joke to work for and the management will tell you everything you want to hear and not follow up with any of it. The only reason I would recommend getting your car fixed here is because the technicians actually care and try to treat your car like there own. But as far as Mitch and Drake go they are as crooked as it gets
Had some work done a few months ago… Caliber did a great job of reaching out to me to keep me informed along the way. Very friendly and professional, and they do an excellent job.
