Very dissatisfied with service. Would not do business with them again or recommend to others. I was involved in a minor parking lot accident that required my passenger side door to be replaced. This was a GEICO recommended repair shop so I brought my car here. Upon replacing my damaged door, the guys doing the repairs decided to keep the interior panel from my damaged door and install it onto the replacement door (guess the replacement wasn't an exact match). Another ruined truck from Image collision Greenville. After I was rear ended, I went to this - we call it facility- and Treena made the estimate. After the Insurance adjuster- another problem- checked the vehicle, it was a $4000 repair- new tailgate, new leaf spring, new bumper and dinging some dents out. well- easy task- not for Image Collision. On the recommendation of Allstate I sent my car, which had taken on a couple of inches of water in a flood, to be repaired at Image Collision. The Allstate inspector had said because there was only a couple of inches, and water had not reached the dash, that the repair shop would pull the carpet to allow the electronics to dry out, then see what needed to be replaced.
