Car was returned with a filthy interior full of dust!. Very little regard for care or cleanliness as I dropped it off in a clean condition. Rubbing compound left various places. Rear door needs tweaking. Doesn’t easily shut. 6 weeks in the shop. They did text updates and customer service was really nice but that doesn’t make up for shoddy work with a ballooned cost to insurance.
Connee (advisor) & the Team at Caliber Collision were extremely easy to communicate and work with. Connee kept me updated on the repair of my vehicle, which was completed before the actually estimated date or completion. The paint & bodywork looks awesome (better than new). I would highly recommend Caliber Collision for you automotive needs.
