I took my BMW iXdrive 50 for a minor accident, I am very happy with Caliber Collision service, the team is really helpful and overall process is very smooth. I strongly recommend them.
Caliber collision is phenomenal, excellent customer service, incredibly easy to connect and get my vehicle in and fixed. They worked with my car dealer to ensure all things were running as they should and they assisted me with picking up and dropping off the rental car.
Old Middlefield Road, Mountain View, CA location did an excellent job and coordinated beautifully with my insurance company Mercury and Enterprise Car Rental. The customer service took me by surprise -- they really do provide customer service. No one paid me to say this stuff BTW....cheers!
Took my Honda here for a fix up cause my vehicle got hit they did great job left my car looking like new, process and communication was easy, service advisor and management were very well organized recommend if your not trying to deal with all other shops
