I want to take a moment to give Caliber Collision a shout out… Took my vehicle to the NR shop for a repair of my bumper. The maintenance was done in (Elyria) Caliber Collision) I can’t say enough good things they have done on the repair and maintenance of my car…. It looks amazing! Thank you for your service, your customer service, and support (NR)…Courtney was the best! Keep up the great work!
They did an excellent job on our Cr-v. It looks amazing! We had major hale damage all over and a broken windshield. Did the paint-less dent repair and new windshield. They worked with our insurance and kept in contact the entire time. I would recommend them and use them again if needed.
The truck was totally repainted due to a car Wash incident Received the truck back with noticeable issues in the paint and a hood that is not completely painted I feel that this is unacceptable due to the fact that they had the vehicle for over 20 days and these issues are noticeable to an untrained eye When they fix these issues, I will give them five stars, but till then we will see.
From start to finish I was treated like some kind of VIP. The customer service is the best I have ever gotten from any business. It has made me reconsider my the service I give my customers as a business owner.
