Bubbles in paint job, glue failing on door seal within a week, inside of my car was covered in a white dust. When they tried to buff out the bubbles they ended up scratching the paint, which was more noticable than the bubbles. Wrong colour rim ordered. I had to take my car there and leave it multiple times which was extremely disruptive and after the 3rd time I just decided to live with it. Terribly done job.
Walked in for a quote and was told I needed to make an appointment. No problem. I come back two days later for my appointment that maybe took 5 minutes at most. I was told I would receive a quote by the end of the day and never received one. I called the general number for the company and they told me it could take up to four days. Again, no problem. My experience at this shop was excellent. Henry assisted me with my vehicle and kept me informed every moment.
Stopped by when my spare tire mount was making noise. Didn’t know if it was the carrier or the hinge on my Jeep Wrangler. The owner sent Jairo to tighten a few bolts to get me back on the road feeling safe again!!! Jairo was so kind and answered all my questions. I can tell he is a good person. 10 stars for something small but with a huge sigh of relief!!! Thank you!!!
I went to the caliber collision on Richmond hwy. And I can definitely say that I had the best experience in both customer service and also with the repairs to my car. I would like to especially give a big thank you to Ricardo who was the one that fixed my car. Ricardo you did an awesome job on my car! With any future repairs I will definitely be going back to them.
