I had a minor issue with my front bumper. Henry was super helpful and got me fixed up in no time. He was great!

The workmanship here is truly outstanding. I also want to sincerely thank Henry, who handled my car, and Ricardo, the manager. They were both extremely kind and kept me updated throughout the entire process over the phone, which really helped ease the frustration of just waiting without knowing what was going on. Most importantly, when I received my repaired car, it felt so good—it honestly looked like a brand-new vehicle.

Henry and Selena were beacons of positivity during this difficult time. Henry was attentive to my concerns and worked diligently to address them. I stopped by Caliber in Crystal City after seeing the great reviews for this location, and I’m really glad I did. Ricardo definitely took care of me. He explained that what I was seeing was just paint transfer and could be cleaned off easily. He asked for a few minutes, took my car around back, and handled everything. Not only did he remove the paint transfer, but he also buffed my headlights. I really appreciate his honesty and the time he took to make sure my car looked right. Great service all around.
