They did an absolutely wonderful job on my car! They were timely and kept us updated every step of the way! Very pleased.
I purchased my car new in March and have had two individuals hit my car within the past six months. Caliber collision in Oak Ridge fixed the damage to my car both times. I was always kept well informed as well as given an estimated time of completion. Both repairs were completed before the estimate estimated due date. I am very pleased and I highly recommend this business. Their customer service is stellar.
First off let me say they do not accept cash as payment card only. My mother in law took her truck up to get body work done and they assured us they would fix it like new. They kept the truck for 3 days then contacted the insurance company and told them that because of prior work someone else had done to the truck they were not going to do any work on it. They had knowledge of the prior work before they said leave the truck and they would fix it. I do not recommend this place at all.
