This review is long overdue, but a few years back I got into a bad crash in the desert hours away from Barstow on a cross country trip on 4th of July weekend. It cost a ton to have it towed to Barstow and yard holding it over the long weekend. When I finally got it to Caliber, they assessed it and when we agreed it was totaled (which honestly wasn’t a surprise), they helped me locate some cheap towing options, and even held it in their yard for an extra couple days. They released a car which had broken AC, Steering Wheel Heater and the check engine came on. Literally the worst ever vehicle repair service in my life and I am 41. The body work looked good and painter was a pro but they botched the mechanical repair and then refused to fix it unless I took a day off work to bring it back. Well I do have a life and a job so I got with Caliber Redlands and they are correcting the shoddy "repair" job they did.
Ive been to 2 of their shops ,the one in Barstow isn't as good as the one in Havasu both have very good quality of work but the one in Havasu has a good size yard and personally i believe nicer and more polite employees
