My wife was in an accident, and GEICO sent us to this Caliber Collision in Santa Clarita, where our technician was Jose Aguilar. We have had to bring our car back more than five times. There is absolutely zero quality control and no meaningful inspection done before they hand the vehicle back to you. Interior trim was left loose and not properly reinstalled until our third return visit. Very disappointed with quality and attention to detail. We went here based on the reviews and I am shocked to have my car returned like this. Joe is kind and is willing to make it right which I appreciate that. This is the third time since March that we have to take our car back to fix damages done while repairs were being completed.
What to do when you get hit by a city bus? Get the repairs done at Caliber. My car looks great and Carlos was awesome.
