If I could give more stars I would! Caliber made getting my car repaired so easy. They kept me updated daily with a text or call. They helped deal with the awful insurance company which took stress off of me. Ken, the rep assigned to me was so kind and helpful! We will be bringing our son’s car here to be repaired as well because they did such an outstanding job with repairing the front and damage on my car!!! Thank you Caliber!
Caliber Collision provided an excellent experience for my back bumper repair. Progressive recommended Caliber, and they promptly replaced the damaged bumper and trim. To my surprise, they even washed the exterior and vacuumed interior of my car, which I was very happy with since it wasn’t part of the repair. I received my car within a week. I talked to Kenneth R and he was great. Keep it up yall.
They did a great job, kept me informed about the condition of my vehicle. Good customer service, clean building. Fast repair.
Everything from start to finish was absolutely AMAZING! Everyone was extremely professional! I absolutely loved the way I was kept informed about my car! If I ever needed my car repaired again, this is the place I would go! This was the second accident in 7 months. I was rear-ended in Sept 2023, and I took my car to styles! I have used them for many years. It's safe to say I've found a better place!
