Great service, nice, answered all concern and questions, updated me on vehicle, all around they turned a bad situation into a good experience.
WOW! Be prepared. It may take months to get your vehicle back to you? It took almost 6 months to get mine back. As I try to stay optimistic and positive, communication was OK once I had to call and check on my vehicle. I had not heard from caliber for 3 months? WOW. Once I made the call to check on my vehicle, I was told that parts were no longer available for my vehicle.
