I took my car for a repair after an accident. After the first drop off the repairs were done subpar and the paint was done so poorly the Mylar couldn’t be reinstalled. The bumper was not attached well at all as well. The staff were condescending and told me that I shouldn’t expect it to be done well due to my car being 7 years old. The paint also does not match. Service good, staff is friendly and helpful. Service was impressive in dropping off my car.
Someone did a hit and run on my car. Ugh. They are amazing at Caliber! Super service oriented. Gave me confidence in having the work done there. Great place to get work done! Timely too!
