The experience I had with caliber collision in Hernando was not good. I had a front-end wreck on the driver's side. They only fixed the driver's side. They didn't fix the passenger side. So I had to have whole new parts replaced on that side. And now, the thing is rattling like an indian tribal dance, it's all very loose.And not secure, i'm hoping they'll make it right!!
Mr. John was very informative and kept me up to date. He even reviewed the vehicle with me to insure I was pleased with the outcome. The front desk staff was very courteous and a pleasure to work with.
Caliber Collision exceeded my expectations. The staff was friendly, the process was hassle-free, and the work was completed with great attention to detail. I was very satisfied with the overall experience and would definitely recommend them to others.
