I had the experience of working with both Colin and Dustin at the Melissa location. Colin walked me through getting my vehicle repaired after a really bad accident. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Dustin helped me with ordering and mounting a license plate bracket for my son’s car so that he could take his driving test. He was really nice and swift with the process. I would recommend this location to anyone! Thanks Colin and Dustin!
Everyone was very communicative and great at keeping me updated on the progress of the repairs of my vehicle. When my vehicle was ready for pickup, it was cleaned, jeep fenders were shiny black again and the headlamps were clean. They are nice and bright. They have an amazing team of people at the Melissa Tx Caliber Collision.
