This was the first time I used Caliber Collision and it was an excellent experience! Everything from the estimated to the repair went flawlessly. They got my vehicle in for repairs in a timely manner and their staff provided great customer service. I'll definitely use them again!
We had a tire blowout while driving by the Normal location and pulled into the parking lot to check it. We were on the way to an important appointment so I went inside to ask if we could leave the car in the parking lot, uber to our appointment, and return to deal with the flat tire afterwards. The receptionist immediately asked one of the technicians to drive us across town to the appointment and had us leave our car keys so they could put the spare tire on the car while we were gone.
