gave bare minimum updates on car also took months to fix it only thing they said on the update is I will get back to you next day and they said the same thing preparation was just bare minimum
Caliber Collision is a well known company for a reason. Forrest took care of our service and always kept us updated. He was critical of the work and wanted to make sure we received our vehicle back perfect. There was an issue with a sensor not working during the final scan, but we will be taken care of!
The front desk ladies were very friendly and professional. Forrest was honest and very thorough. He did a great job on my truck. It didn’t take him much time to repair my bumper. Caliber collision sent me messages which kept me updated with the status of my truck. I would definitely recommend them. This company is awesome! (Colonial heights location)
