Everyone was very professional and informative. I loved the mobile updates. The office was clean and the staff was friendly. I would highly recommend this location for your automotive needs. The paint job and body work performed made my Pilot look brand new. Let’s not forget the convenience of just dropping g off the keys to my rental with them- avoiding the up and down of the return.! The staff at Caliber Collision in Colonial Heights, VA are extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and kind, especially Mr. Travis’s expertise, and knowledge, really shows in the manner he explains the entire process of repairing your vehicle, in detail, he makes the client feel extremely satisfied from the moment he initiates the repairing process, I recommend Caliber Collision 100%, this business really cares for the people….
