It’s immaculate inside and the staff is professional & so kind. I had an emergency on the highway- my hub lining partially came off and was dragging on the highway. I pulled off and stopped here and Jimmy was SO helpful and kind. I was in tears and he calmly fixed my car within minutes then had me drive around the lot to ensure that it was safe for me to continue on with my road trip. I highly suggest this repair shop. Thank you jimmy!!!
The manager was very professional with my GEICO repair. Listened well and made sure there were no problems on my end. She kept me up to date on the extent of car damage and facilitated a thorough repair. My car was ready ahead of schedule
I have used Caliber twice in the past year. Each time, the work was done exceptionally well with efficiency and great care. The pricing was beyond fair and clearly communicated accurately upfront. While I hope to not need body repair again anytime soon, if I do, I will come here without hesitation.
