Start with the good- The building and staff present themselves as a professional business. Upon pickup of vehicle I was briefed on what had been done and the warranty of the repairs. The paint work on the vehicle looks good without any blimshes and matched well with original paint. The bad - Upon pickup of my vehicle, the bumper that was repaired, had about a 3/8 of an inch gap and I could clearly see the tabs that were not in place.
