They were able to get me into the shop the morning after my accident and not only did they gladly help me out Floyd took me outside and walked the car with me to assess the damage. I got information 24 hours later of the amount of the damage and about how long it would take to repair the vehicle. Floyd messaged me 2 to 3 times a week notifying me of the status of the vehicle and when they expected the repairs to be done.
