Robert was great made me feel better about my repairs
Didnt want to fix my car due to having a unpainted bumper.
Unfortunately I was very dissatisfied with my experience and would recommend for anyone to take their business elsewhere. While at the facility, employees were nice but the communication went down hill when my car was supposed to be ready the first time. I was told to wait for the call that it was ready but by end of day when I had not heard anything, I called and was informed that additional parts needed to be ordered so the completion date was changed. My experience with caliber has been awful and I haven’t even dropped my car off for repairs. I’m definitely going somewhere else before more problems arise. Samantha at the Telshor location is very rude and she’s the main reason I’m going elsewhere!!
