And then they never respond after repeated requests. Extremely professional, friendly, and considerate staff. They did a great job on the repairs.
I had to get my car repaired at Caliber Collision after an accident, and Brandon went above and beyond from start to finish. He made sure every detail was fixed the right way, no shortcuts and kept me updated every few days so I always knew where things stood. He even took the extra step of contacting my insurance company to get my rental extended after they placed me in a rental a week before the shop could take my car, wasting 5–6 of my covered days.
