Very impressive customer service! They clearly put the customer first! GM Brandon Sadeghian in the Hwy 17 N. Mount Pleasant was especially helpful (and patient!) providing and explaining my options when I was in a difficult situation. If I ever need body work again I would absolutely take my car to them.

They took amazing care of me and my vehicle. I went in having issues with my insurance and they handled everything for me. Ally at the front desk was amazing and my car looks better than ever. Definitely my new go to spot!
I had a great experience with Caliber Collision after I was rear-ended. They kept me up to date on the progress of repairs. They even made sure my beep beeps (rear parking sensors) were in working condition before I left! They went over and beyond in assisting me and in repairing my car. Hopefully, I won't need a collision repair again, but if I do, I will definitely use them again!
