Friendly, kept me informed, did quality work, even spotted and fixed a loose tail light for me.
WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN OR RECOMMEND. Awful experience. As you can see from the pictures I hit a deer. They replaced the bumper and according to their paperwork they took the horn off and then put it right back on. I guess testing it to make sure it still works isn't in their job description. My horn sounds like a pitiful squeaky toy from where the deer hit it and they didn't snap the molding back in. When I came back and pointed this out to them.
