Fantastic experience with the Caliber Collision on Mt Vernon Ave in Alexandria. Damian was a great advisor and provided outstanding service throughout each repair phase as my car was with them for several weeks. He even helped coordinate a repair estimate on my second car with one of the mechanic shops they partner with, even though ultimately I didn’t need Caliber for the second car. He went above and beyond.
Excellent work! Car was ready on time, as advertised. Friendly and helpful staff.
The customer service was great. The work done on my car was not. Allstate recommended this shop, but it does not live up to the Google rating or the expectation.
