Caliber, and specifically the manager Kady; lied to me every step of the process, held my car x3 times longer than originally estimated with no apology, did unauthorized work, refused me access to my vehicle, improperly reinstalled parts, kady admitted on camera parts wernt installed correctly then heavily insinuated if they repaired these parts they would likely cause further damage to my vehicle, then followed me to my car in the parking lot after realizing i got her saying that on video, attempted to super glue my car bac... read more
Had to have repairs done because of some other yahoo messing up my car. I can't even tell anything was wrong before. Looks brand new!
Done early, super clean super nice.
Been a long time since we had to file an insurance claim and have a vehicle repaired (someone hit us in a parking lot) but Caliber made it about as stessless as possible. Immediately reached out to schedule and from there it was easy. Kept me up to date via text updates and completed job before expected date. Everyone was friendly and professional. Shoutout to the USAA rep for recommending them!
