From the initial call they were very informative on how the process would go and what to expect. My rep Jael was great about keeping me updated on how the work was coming along and thorough with any questions I had. I was sent texts throughout and called as well. When I arrived for pickup I was shown the work that was done and also received a follow up call to make sure everything was going well. Was skeptical about trying a new bodyshop but ended up satisfied with my experience. Highly recommend.
