Called me on a Friday with 20 minutes before it closed telling me my car was done so I had to wait the whole weekend to get it back. Could’ve let me know sooner just to be there by the end of the day to grab my car so on Monday, I walked 3 miles in the freezing cold to go get my car I had $200 in cash and $800 on my card to pay my thousand dollar deductible. The customer service was top notch. They kept me updated through the entire process and my car looked brand new when I got it back. Highly recommend. Also if you need a rental they are right next to enterprise, so the convenience is helpful.
