Recently my car was towed to Caliber Collision after an accident. The person that took my telephone call greeted me when I came made sure that I had everything I needed. Answered all of my questions was Linda. The front office and back office administrator. She was AWESOME. I don't think my assigned representative ever followed up me other than a generic text message. Linda is an asset to this company and the ONLY reason I chose to leave a review. Thanks Linda for your amazing customer service.
This company lives with his name which is quality and perfection. I urge anyone who wants to do body work repairs to try this wonderful company for a better result.
