I would strongly caution anyone against bringing their vehicle here. My car was in this shop for over two months after an accident, and when I finally got it back, the repairs were incomplete and unsafe. The alignment was never corrected because the rack and pinion was damaged (which they failed to identify), the undercarriage shield and fender liner were missing (despite being on the supplement), the hood release lever was broken, and there was even a screwdriver left in my engine bay along with a broken bolt in the radiato... read more
I would not recommend Caliber Collision. My experience here was very disappointing from start to finish. The communication was poor, I constantly had to call for updates instead of them keeping me informed. The repair work took much longer than they originally promised, and when I finally got my car back, there were still noticeable issues that should have been addressed the first time. During my time at Caliber Collision, I witnessed troubling operational practices that undermine both employee performance and customer transparency. The company’s so-called “Load Leveling” policy is applied inconsistently and manipulatively. Management routinely has transfers high-value repairable vehicles to other locations — even when those vehicles were originally assigned or dropped off at our shop.
