Linda did a awesome job . She knows her jobs well and because of her I make sure I always come to see her if I need any repairs to my vehicle. Smile a lot good customer service skills.
Exceptional service. I need the 2 of their detail guy 😂. They did a great job.
Not a good experience. I was supposed to get repairs to the driver's side of my vehicle after an accident. The date of when the repairs would be completed continously changed. When I finally picked my car up I got a warning message abt a light needed to be repaired that should've been fixed by Caliber. I had to return multiple times for work that should've been completed when I took my car there the 1st time, despite my vehicle being there for a month. I went in not knowing anything about what was supposed to happen and everyone was very helpful. I received updates via text as the process occurred so I wasn't out of the loop. I also received my car back in excellent condition and it was cleaner too. Thank you to everyone who helped me out.
