I had a very great experience with this location of caliber collision. The front staff was very helpful and kind. I had John as my customer service representative and he had me informed throughout the whole process of my car being repaired, I felt that he was extremely trustworthy, and my car was even returned to me prior to the estimated completion date .
Fantastic job and good service
The second time I had repairs on my vehicle at Caliber Collision was even better than my first time. John Moody provided outstanding Customer Service with constant updates and my vehicle was ready for pickup a WEEK EARLY! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at Caliber Collision in Frisco.
