I just visited her for an estimate. I've gotten 2 so far today, and both went very well and smoothly. Within a minute of walking in the door a man exited a near office and in the most abrasive way possible started telling me all the ways my expectations were wrong. Except I had no expectations, just a question about finding out how long the repairs would take approximately. What a terrible experience. I highly recommend avoiding this place. AC Auto on memorial drive is who I would recommend after my experiences today.

Marisa Perales was very professional and helpful through the repair process. She has great customer service skills. I was updated through the entire process and my car was ready on time.
My truck looked like it did the day I bought it. The customer service was excellent. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing body work.
